课题组主要研究中枢对能量代谢的神经调控,尤其专注于雌激素在下丘脑对体温、饮食和能量代谢的调节机制研究。以基因编辑的实验动物为模型,综合利用光、化学遗传学,神经钙成像,单细胞测序和行为学等方法,揭示大脑调节能量稳态的神经原理和对肥胖等代谢疾病的致病机理。
Research Interests:
We are interested in understanding the central role of the peripheral hormones, e.g. estrogens, in the regulation of body temperature, energy intake and energy expenditure.These studies can help us better understand how the brain controls our body weight and maintains our metabolic health.
个人简介:
张智,mg4355娱乐线路检测官网青年副研究员。荷兰阿姆斯特丹大学博士,美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)博士后。在Nature Communications, Nature metabolism, eLife 等杂志发表 SCI论文19篇。曾获美国女性健康研究会青年科学家奖、美国心脏协会博士后奖、UCLA博士后校长奖提名等奖励。现主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,任中国生物物理协会会员,Frontiers in Physiology特邀审稿人。
