个人简介

    

国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、英国皇家化学会会士、mg4355电子娱乐官网特聘教授、国家重点研发计划项目首席。1986年获西北轻工业学院(现陕西科技大学)学士、1994年获伦敦大学博士学位。1992-2005年先后在英国BBSRC食品研究所、帝国理工学院生物医学部任Senior Scientist等职。2005-14年先后任中科院武汉物数所研究员、博导、研究部副主任、中科院生物磁共振分析重点实验室创建主任。2014年加盟mg4355娱乐线路检测官网。曾任英国NHS、科技部973及蛋白质重大计划等评审专家、J Proteome Res编委。在NaturePNAS等上发表SCI论文210余篇,被引1.2万余次(h指数~63)。获批发明专利6项。部分工作被ScienceNature等作为“研究亮点”专文评述。现任国际实验核磁共振大会(ENC)执委、中国生物物理学会代谢组学分会会长、自由基生物学及医学分会常务理事、生物磁共振专委会委员,中国抗癌协会肿瘤代谢专委会常务理事,中国营养学会基础营养学分会理事,MetabolomicsCurr MetabolomicsArch Pharm和《基础医学与临床》等编委,Nutrition & MetabolismPhenomics等副主编。

研究方向

  

聚焦代谢物结构功能及代谢组学30余年,发展高通量超灵敏代谢组学、代谢组与转录组/蛋白质组/微生物组数据整合分析等技术,研究重大疾病发生发展及有效干预的分子基础。曾主持国家杰出青年科学基金、国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金重大、973课题等项目多项。现承担国家重点研发计划、国家创新群体、上海市级重大专项等任务。
