研究方向

细胞死亡与炎症性疾病

聚焦于病原体(病毒、细菌等)感染引起的细胞程序性坏死及焦亡的调控机制,以及细胞死亡引起的免疫应答和组织损伤研究,以期阐明坏死及焦亡在各种疾病如恶性肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病、神经退行性疾病(阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病等)中发挥功能的作用机理;系统整合生物化学、结构生物学、细胞生物学及小鼠模型等技术和方法,开发基于细胞死亡相关疾病的干预及治疗性药物。

Cell Death and Immune Response.

We are currently focusing on studying the regulatory mechanism of cell necroptosis and pyroptosis. Also, we are interested in revealing the molecular mechanism of immune responses caused by inflammatory cell death, which involved in various diseases including malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, and neurodegenerative diseases. We are systematically integrating structural biology, biochemistry, mouse models, and other technologies to develop related interventions and therapeutic drugs based on cell inflammatory necrosis.

个人简介

男,湖南郴州人。mg4355电子娱乐官网教授(二级)、博士生导师2000年浙江大学生物科学与技术系本科毕业,2003浙江大学生物物理硕士学位,2006mg4355电子娱乐官网遗传学博士学位。2006-2014年先后在美国加州理工学院(Alexander Varshavsky教授)、康奈尔大学医学院、哈佛大学医学院/波士顿儿童医院(Hao Wu教授)从事博士后研究工作。2014加入mg4355娱乐线路检测官网,目前任上海市工业菌株工程研究中心副主任,遗传工程国家重点实验室课题组长,mg4355电子娱乐官网附属华山医院双聘教授。

科技部国家重点研发计划“蛋白质机器与生命过程调控”重点专项(2016)及“病原学与防疫技术体系研究”重点专项(2021)首席科学家;入选上海市优秀学术带头人(2020),国家海外高层次人才计划(2015上海市‘东方学者’特聘教授(2014)。

共在CellImmunityNat CommunPNASMol Neurodegener国际著名期刊上发表SCI论文85篇,通讯作者33篇,他引4000余次;以第一发明人获授权发明专利12。近年来以项目负责人身份主持科技部国家重点研发计划2项)、国家自然科学基金4项)及上海市科委创新项目在内10余项科研项目。任中国细胞生物学会细胞死亡研究分会常务委员、上海市生物物理学会理事。
